Required Documents:

  • Two Copies of duly prepared Power of Attorney (printed in Nepali Paper)
  • A cover letter with a request for attestation.
  • Nepalese Citizenship Certificate (Original and photocopy)
  • Nepalese Passport (Original and photocopy)
  • Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card.
  • Copy of Legal documents related to the power of attorney (Land ownership document (Lalpurja), Court order for Divorce etc.)
  • Two pp size photograph of the applicant
  • Copy of Lawyer"s License Certificate/ID Card.
  • Citizenship Copy of each witness.
  • Any other document as deemed necessary by the Consulate.
  • Fee:
    • मुद्दा किटान नगरिएको अधिकृत वारेशनामा प्रमाणित गर्न - 100 HKD fee (Regular process, on appointment day)
    • अचल सम्पत्तिको हक हस्तान्तरण तीन पुस्ताभित्र गर्ने अधिकृत वारेशनामा प्रमाणित गर्न - 100 HKD fee (Regular process, on appointment day)
    • अचल सम्पत्तिको हक हस्तान्तरण तीन पुस्ता बाहेक अरुलाई सम्पत्ति बिक्री गर्न वा हक छाडिदिन गर्ने अधिकृत वारेशनामा प्रमाणित गर्न - 400 HKD (Regular process, on appointment day)
